Services
Everything we do is on the cooling side
One structure for every job: what is wrong, what happens at the visit, what moves the cost, what you get in writing.
AC repair
The system runs but does not cool, freezes, short-cycles, trips a breaker or leaks indoors.
Weak airflow or a coil that ices over
A drain pan that fills or a ceiling stain
A unit that starts and stops
A breaker that trips when it starts
Tune-ups
A look at everything that wears: the coil, the drain, the fan, the filter and the wiring.
Coil and drain cleaned where they need it
Electrical connections checked
Temperature drop measured and written down
Replacement
A new outdoor and indoor unit, sized to the house and quoted line by line.
Load calculation, not a guess from the old size
Permit pulled when the job needs one
Old equipment hauled away
Cold but clammy
Moisture is the problem, not temperature. We find out why before we suggest a fix.
Equipment too big for the house
Fan speed and coil condition
Leaky ducts pulling in attic air
Drains and leaks
Condensate lines clog in this climate. We clear them, test them and tell you how to keep them open.
Clogged line or a cracked pan
A float switch that shuts the unit off
Water at the air handler
Thermostats and controls
Replacing a thermostat that reads wrong, and testing the board after a surge.
Sensors and settings checked
Wiring tested
Plain-language walk-through of the new control
Ductless for add-on rooms
A Florida room, a garage workshop or a bedroom that the main system never reached.
Sized to the room
One small line set through the wall
No window given up
After-storm checks
Surge, flood and debris checks on a system that stopped or looked wrong after weather.
The restart guide on its own page
A written note of what we found
Photos of damage if you need them for a claim
Not on our trucks
What we leave to other companies
Cooling is the only thing we do, so we do not guess at anything else.
If your heating, a pool heater, a commercial cooler or a boiler needs work, we will say so on the phone and suggest a company that does it. We would rather lose the call than do a job we do not do every day.
Please call someone else for
Gas furnaces, boilers and fireplaces
Heat strips and electric heat
Pool heaters and water heaters
Commercial and restaurant refrigeration

Next step
Describe it, and we will say what it sounds like
Call or text. A dispatcher answers during office hours and writes down what the system is doing.
